A bit about me…
A very wise and dear friend once said to me “How can you help to heal others when you first need to heal yourself!”
That was over ten years ago…
During that time, I was very fortunate to study healing meditation, chi kung, yoga, and many other aspects of energy work and meditation with some of the most renowned masters of the world, in Bali, Malaysia and the UK.
My journey has been an exciting roller-coaster, sometimes arduous and full of many highs and lows. I’m here but I’m still travelling, engaging, experiencing life in a positive way and helping others to do the same.
The roller-coaster first began when I was a busy and stressed banker in the mid-nineties, I felt the stress was quite overwhelming so I decided to leave it all behind and set up a successful business with my husband successful but stressful.
I could see people all around me on their own little treadmills of life, running, burning out and just not quite fully engaging with life. They were successful in their own fields of business but that left little or no “me time” for their own relaxation, internal healing, development and inner peace.
I figured they could do with some help…
So I decided I would use my heartfelt love, kindness, instinct and intuition to help them on their way to getting the job done.
Where I Trained
• I studied Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology at the world renowned London School of Reflexology. I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I am dedicated to helping people by continuing my postgraduate training and research to ensure I give the best possible treatments and advice tailored to each specific person in order that we can work together to help to achieve a better quality of life.
